He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kendall and Inez Kendall; his wife Shirley Kendall; and his brothers, Everett Kendall (Sharon) and Kenneth Kendall.
He is survived by: his children, Lee Kendall and Brian Kendall (Julie); his grandchildren, Bryce, Lauren, Harrison and Davis; and his siblings, Maxine Nance, Rufus (Butch) and Kathy Burgin (John Burgin).
