He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Hall and Pearl Hall; his wife Barbara Howell Hall; his son David "Foot" Hall; and his siblings, Naomi Hoilman, Linda Hicks (Buster), Jean Whitson, Carolyn Stewart (Bill), Charles Hall (Vicky), Pat Gardner and Bill "Tuny" Hall (Darlene).
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Smith (Michael); his daughter-in-law Theresa Hall (Bobby); his grandchildren, David Cody Hall (Amy), Jake Hall (Amanda) and Jessica Carter; his great grandchildren, Aidan, Taelyn, Ogle, Raelynn and Easton Hall; his sister Kathy "Jo" McKinney (Larry); his brother-in-law Edward Whitson; and his close friends, Kandy Barham, Betty Norman and Debbie Robinson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
