He is survived by: his wife Pamela Goodwin Lewis; his son Donald Stacey Lewis of Bluffton, GA; and his sister Linda Lewis Medeiros (George) of Mobile, AL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
