He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Franklin Rollins and Frances Bernice Rollins; his wife Ramona Rollins; his siblings, Brenda Rollins and Bill Rollins; and his grandson Christopher Rollins.
He is survived by: his children, Lucy Fincannon (James) of Newton, Tracy Rollins (Dean) of Black Mountain and Otis Rollins (Brenda) of Hickory; his grandchildren, Jimmy Fincannon (Amanda), Zachary Fincannon, Abagail Rollins, Timothy Rollins (Meikala), Cierra Rollins, Andrew Morgan, Jaden Rollins and Ashlyn Brindle; and his great grandchildren, Aurora Fincannon, Billy Guthrie, Leya Rhyne, Jaxon Blantz, Camilla Rollins and Oakley Rollins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jenkins Funeral Home (4081 Startown Rd, Newton, NC 28658). A memorial service was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
