He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Blanche Webber and Napoleon Webber; his wife Pamela J. Webber; his daughters, Frankie Smith and Cayla Jiles; his extended family, Clifton "Boo" Smith and Jamie Smith; and his grandchildren, Mori and Jordan Hunter.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Ray Funeral & Cremation Service, Inc. (1373 Sweeten Creek Rd, Asheville, NC 28803). The inurnment was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery (962 Old US Hwy 70, Black Mountain, NC 28711).
