She was predeceased by : her parent Burnice Stines; her husband Tim Rayburn; and her siblings, Lorraine Brewer, Larry and Tom Owen.

She is survived by : her daughters, Mandy Effler (Chris) and Stephanie Jones; her grandsons, Collin Effler (Beth), Joel Effler (Sydney) and Jackson Jones; and her siblings, Beth Conner (Ernest, Jr.) and Robert Rice (Karen). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
