He is survived by: his parents, David Shook and Mary Shook; his wife Callie Shook; his daughter Mckinley Shook; and his siblings, Elisabeth Shook and David Shook Jr.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harwood Home For Funerals (208 W State St, Black Mountain, NC 28711). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
