She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William Durrant and Ruth DePuyt Durrant; and her husband Jack Buchanan. She is survived by: her children, Julie Kendall (Preston), Benjamin Keith (Ruth), Brett Keith and Cassandra Keith; her grandchildren, Jessica Radianne, Shelby Louise, Jayme Chance, Sydney Nichole and Hunter Preston; her great grandchildren, Rose, Carter, Sunni, Maya and Lillie; and her siblings, Barbara Durrant, Charles Durrant and Kathleen Rowell.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Trinity Episcopal Church (60 Church St, Asheville, NC 28801).
