She is survived by: her children, Holly, Jey, Ann, Herb (Martha-Duke), John (Annie), James (Laura), Tony, David (Elizabeth), Heather (Richmond Smith), Hope, Christoper and Louise (Justin Boll). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
