She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Baird and Blanche Meadors Bass Allman. She is survived by: her children, Kelli Bishop of Black Mountain and Brian Scotten (Melanie) of Asheville. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mountain View Memorial Park (392 Tabernacle Rd, Black Mountain, NC 28711).
