We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2022, at the age of 67, Ricky D. Saffle (Black Mountain, North Carolina), born in Stillwater, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his father Eldon Saffle; his wife Barbara Ridgeway Saffle of Black Mountain, NC; his sons, Aaron Saffle of San Diego, CA, Robert Saffle (Lela) of Black Mountain, NC and Kirk Saffle (Kate) of Sarasota, FL; his mother Laverne Saffle of Bakersfield, CA; his siblings, Rodney Saffle of Bakersfield, CA and Ronda Heath of Bakersfield, CA; and his grandchildren, Vivienne, Charlotte, Ruby, Edgar and Olive.

The last week in May he contracted Covid Pneumonia which combined with the IPF, irreversibly damaged his lungs.
