He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Pettit and Elsie Rawson Pettit. He is survived by: his children, Greg Pettit, Janelle Weatherman (Bryan), Colton Pettit (Cayley) and Tawney Harvell (Will); his grandchildren, Brittany, Marshall, Kaden, Jacob, Jaxon, Cason, Hayden, Emma and Isaiah; his great grandchild Isla; his stepmother Virginia Ferreira; his sisters, Nita Johnson (Doug) and Stacey Hannon; his former wife Martha Hewitt (Jim); and his cousin Mark Pettit.
