He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Emery Propes and Ivy Propes; his wife Julee Smith Propes; his sons, Kaleb Robert Smith Propes (Brooke), Ian Thomas Propes (Taylor) and Jacob Bradley Propes; his brother Scott Propes (Tara); his grandchildren, Junie and Jaycee Propes; and his nieces and nephews, Braxton, Alex, MaKayla, Rebekah and Kyleigh.
