He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Millard Randolph and Ollie Bell Randolph; his daughter Caroline High (Greg) of Spartanburg; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Linnerud (Adam) and Ned High (Andrea); and his great grandchildren, Ella Grace Linnerud, Nash Linnerud, Marlowe High, Henson High and Katherine High.
The military honors will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Western Carolina Veterans Cemetery (962 Old US Hwy 70, Black Mountain, NC 28711).
