He was predeceased by: his parents, Polly Pridgen Brogdon and William Berry Brogdon. He is survived by: his wife Eunice Edwards of Bladenboro; his child Kim Walters (BJ) of Bladenboro; his grandsons, Daniel B. Miller (Tracy) of Bladenboro and Matthew A. Miller (Corey) of Bladenboro; his sisters-in-law, Linda Yandle of Bladenboro and Eloise Sullivan of Cerro Gordo; Shane, Elizabeth, Lillian, Coreyonna, London and Tylan. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sandy Grove Baptist Church (8299 NC-242, Bladenboro, NC 28320). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Bladen Memorial Gardens Cemetery (5381 NC-242, Elizabethtown, NC 28337).
