He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Larry "Bo" McKeithan, Boyce and Faye Allen. He is survived by: his parents, Nathan Allen and Wendi Allen of Bladenboro; his spouse Kaylee Allen; his daughter Lucy Mae Allen; his siblings, Clint and Cade Allen of Bladenboro; and his grandmother Patricia "Trigger" McKeithan of Bladenboro. He is also survived by his parents, grandparents and in-laws.
