She was predeceased by: her father Andrew Bryant; her husband David Ludlum; her son C. A. Ludlum; and her siblings, Byard Bryant, Billy Bryant, Manley Bryant, Claude Bryant, Elouise Bryant and Gladys Hudson.
She is survived by: her mother Nannie Ward Bryant; her children, David Earl Ludlum, Jr. (Kay), James "Danny" Ludlum (Paula), Steve Ludlum and Mary Frances Adams; her grandchildren, Dale, Keith, Melissa, Wendy, Tonya, Dan, Sabra, Savannah, Patrick, Phillip, Justin, Kaitlyn and Ashleigh; and her great grandchildren, Natalie, Samantha, Jordan, Malyn, Sierra, Brandon, Cayden of Leah, J. R., Eli, Logan, Alaina, Jossie, Rylie, Brody and Teegan. She is also survived by seven great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the New Light Church (103 Chestnut St, Bladenboro, NC 28320). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 3:15 PM at the Ludlum Cemetery (11070 Center Rd, Bladenboro, NC 28320).
