Steve Davis Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Steve Davis of Bladenboro, North Carolina, who passed away on September 14, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Steve may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Steve touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Robert Davis and Myrtle Blackmon Davis; his wife Kitty Davis; and his children, Ricky Davis, Bill Causey and Charlene Davis.
He is survived by: his daughter Prissy McAnulty (Wally); and his grandchildren, Jessica Campbell, Steven Causey Schnepf (Emily), Porter Pope and McKnight Pope.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oak Grove Baptist Church (1423 Oak Grove Church Rd, Bladenboro, NC 28320). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
