He is survived by: his wife Lula Mae West Meadows; his sons, Toby Deran Meadows (Andrea) and Neal Dudley Meadows; his grandchildren, Kaia Meadows, Levi Meadows and Mason Meadows; and his siblings, Sandra Carter, Diane Coletti (John), Julius Meadows (Ann), Dale Meadows (Deborah) and John Meadows. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
