He was predeceased by: his parents, Dudley Meadows and Nellie Walters Meadows; and his siblings, Mike Meadows, Charles Meadows, Gad Meadows and Flora Ines.
He is survived by: his wife Lula Mae West Meadows; his sons, Toby Deran Meadows (Andrea) and Neal Dudley Meadows; his grandchildren, Kaia Meadows, Levi Meadows and Mason Meadows; and his siblings, Sandra Carter, Diane Coletti, Julius Meadows, Dale Meadows and John Meadows.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bladenboro Chapel of Bladen-Gaskins (800 N Main St, Bladenboro, NC 28320). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Baptist Church (17061 NC-131 Hwy, Bladenboro, NC 28320).
