She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Watts and Ella Mae McLean Watts; her husband Robert Louis Tyler; and her siblings, Wayne Watts, Betty Jo Ann Polston and Patsy Hughes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Tatum (Michael), Karen Pait (Joseph), Beverly Tyler and Amy Tatum (Timothy); her grandchildren, Nicholas Cain (Ryan Ivey), Courtney Wheeler (Reece), Tyler Johnson (Hannah Blackmon), Joseph Pait, Hollie Frisque (Nathaniel), Nathaniel Davis and Hannah Downs (Dyllan); her great grandchildren, Marshal Frisque, Oaklynn Johnson, Samuel Downs and Harrison Frisque; and her granddaughters, Bella Dabbs, Hailey Dabbs and Patricia Dabbs.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bladenboro Chapel of Bladen-Gaskins (800 N Main St, Bladenboro, NC 28320). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at the Butters Cemetery Butters Cemetery.
