He is survived by: his wife Linda Blalock Crumpton; his sons, Charles Sherwood Crumpton, Jr. (Chuck) and David S. Crumpton of Blanch, NC; his grandchildren, Katie Crumpton (Paula), Charles Crumpton, III (Taylor) and Allison Waller (Daniel); and his great grandchild Sutton Waller.
