He is survived by: his son Kelly Redmon (Michele) of Banner Elk; his granddaughter Victoria Vanlinden (Worth Vanlinden) of Athens, GA; his daughter Lisa Redmon of Whispering Pines, NC; his grandson Logan Coffey of Whispering Pines, NC; his brother Andrew Redmon, Jr. (Alice) of Lincoln, Nebraska; and his close friend Merle Adams.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Brushy Fork Baptist Church (3915 US-421, Vilas, NC 28692). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
