Richard Howe Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Howe of Blowing Rock, North Carolina, born in Latham, Illinois, who passed away on March 27, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Elisha Howe and Eva Theatrice Davis Howe; his siblings, Mary Kathryn Howe-Hawk, Theatrice Jeanne Febus, Dora Louise Howe Culp, George Franklin Howe, Keith Howard Howe, Kenneth Eugene Howe and Karen Lynette Howe; and his stepbrother James Roscoe Proctor.

He is survived by : his stepsister Maxine Howe Dorsey; his wife Betty Carol Barker Howe; his daughter Caroline Elizabeth Howe; and his granddaughters, Grace, Elizabeth and Lillian.
