We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2025, at the age of 91, Sadie Holshouser (Blowing Rock, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Sadie farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Sadie is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ava Ailene Mayo Rigler and Charles Peyton Rigler. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Natalie Holshouser, Laura Holtsberg, Andrew Holshouser and David Holshouser; and her grandchildren, Lorraine Mann, Madison Holshouser, Lillian Holtsberg and Dylan Holshouser.
