It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zelma Shore of Blowing Rock, North Carolina, who passed away on September 5, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Burton and Ida Blanche Greene Day; her husband Calvin Sanders Shore; her son J. C. Shore; and her siblings, Della Auton, Jean Vanhoy and Raymond Coleman Day.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Ashley Shore Craig (Matthew); her great grandchild C. J. Craig; and her daughter-in-law Ladonna Greer Shore. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
