She was predeceased by: her parents, William Joseph and Florence Flowers McDowell; and her husband Ronnie Roland Justice. She is survived by: her children, Anthony Justice (Jerry Cline) of Huntersville, Kevin Justice (Jessie) of Bolivia and Donna Justice (John Whitehead) of Philadelphia, PA.; and her grandchildren, Hailey, Madison, Brandon and Kimberly. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
