Strickland and Caitlyn D. Locklear-Strickland; and his brothers, Vernon Hughes (Annette) of Creedmoor, NC, Billy D. Hughes of Fort Mill, SC and Jamye D. Hughes (Tori) of Creedmoor, NC..
