He is survived by: his wife Mary Scott Couvillon of Bolivia, NC; his children, James L. Couvillon of Bolivia, NC and Michelle Couvillon (Daniel Romeo) of Hampstead, NC; his brother Michael Couvillon of Austin, TX; his brother-in-law Robert Scott of Manchester, NJ; and his grandchildren, Miles and Avery Romeo. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
