Though Janet may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Janet leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her husband Martin H. "Marty" Croom, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Steven Croom (Monique) of Supply, NC and Kevin Croom (Carol) of Marblehead, Mass..
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wilmington Funeral & Cremation (1535 S 41st St, Wilmington, NC 28403). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Wilmington Funeral and Cremation Services (1535 S 41st St, Wilmington, NC 28403). A burial will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery (110 Montford Landing Rd, Jacksonville, NC 28540).
