He was predeceased by : his wife Polly Conaway; his stepson Ricky Parrish; his parents, John Conaway and Frannie Conaway; and his siblings, Larry, Jim, Paul, Hazel, Lou and Polly.
He is survived by : his daughter Dee Carlisle (Lee); his stepdaughters, Lynn Nelson (Wayne) and Vickie Shelton (Dennis); his daughter-in-law Terrie Parrish; his grandchildren, Lee Williams, Nicole Skelding (Rodney), Jeff Nelson (Wendy), Ashley Crews (Mike) and Brian Flinchum (Denise); his great grandchildren, Emmersyn, Tyler, Taylor, Kameron, Mason, Paige, Cheyenne, Haven, Addie, Colton and Bryce; his great great grandchildren, Adyen, River and Rowan; his siblings, Charlie Conaway, Danny Conaway and Frances Loftis; and his close friends, Danny Lee, Murphy Todd, Chuck Dunlap, Tom Keating, Little Buddy and Noah Peek.
