He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Frederick Hubbard and Marjorie Washburn Hubbard; and his brothers, Ray (Ronald), Robert and Gordon Hubbard.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Poole Hubbard of Bolivia; his children, Vicki Drumheller of Oak Island and Michael; his daughter-in-law Carol Hubbard (Herrington) of Bolivia; his daughter Judi; his son-in-law Greg McCracken of Morgantown, WV; his grandson Brian McCracken of Morgantown; his brother Edwin R. Hubbard of Sodus, NY.; and his children, Marshall and Universities of West Virginia.
