She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlie Wagoner and Margie Caudill Wagoner; and her brother Bobby Wagoner. She is survived by: her daughters, Kristie Royal of Boomer and Angela Anderson of North Wilkesboro; and her siblings, Betty Royal (Tim) of Hays, Jerry Wagoner (Judy) of North Port, Terry Wagoner of McGrady, Jimmy Wagner (Donna) of Wilkesboro and Troy Wagoner (Jenny) of McGrady. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
