He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Franklin and Jo Shepherd Billings. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Earp Billings; his children, Sarah Billings Meidlinger (Chris) of Wilkesboro and Eddie Billings (Patricia) of Boomer; his grandchildren, Tyler Johnson (Sydney Blair) and Olivia Billings Lambros (Ben); and his siblings, Sharon Rollins (Doug) of Boomer and Bob Billings (Lynn) of Scottville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Oakwoods Baptist Church (2385 Brushy Mountain Rd, Wilkesboro, NC 28697). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
