He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Earp Billings; his children, Sarah Billings Meidlinger (Chris) of Wilkesboro and Eddie Billings (Patricia) of Boomer; his grandchildren, Tyler Johnson (Sydney Blair) and Olivia Billings Lambros (Ben); and his siblings, Sharon Rollins (Doug) of Boomer and Bob Billings (Lynn) of Scottville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
