He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Bullis and Doris Price Bullis; and his wife Jane Pearson Bullis. He is survived by: his daughter Emily Dawn Bullis Sheets (Donnie Call) of Hays; his brother Gwyn Arlie Bullis (Vickie) of Boomer; his nephew Jerome Bullis; his nephew Jason Bullis; his grandchildren, Evan Bullis, Anna Griffin (Cody), Miayah, Amari, Freya and Weston; and also Brooke Staley.
