He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Spears and Bernice Elizabeth Hartley Spears; and his brother Alfred Eugene Spears. He is survived by: his wife Faye Walker Spears; and his brothers, David Arnold Spears and Floyd Lowell Spears (Lily).
