She is survived by: her friend Gay Underwood; her sons, Steve Rominger of Boone, Bill Rominger (Sylvia) of Boone and Liz Michael of Boone; her siblings, Bradley Shook (Mabel) of Banner Elk, Errol Shook (Pat) of Boone, Linda Orr of Charlotte and Joyce Wilson (Ken) of Virginia; her grandchildren, Wesley Rominger, Haily Michael, Dalton Michael and Noah Michael; and her nephew Larry Shook.
The family has requested memorials be made to Alzheimer's Research, 225 N. Michigan Ave, Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601 or to one's favorite charity.
