He is survived by: his daughter Amber Butler (Wayne Equils); his grandson Robby Equils; his daughter Ericka Butler Zumwalt (Billy Zumwalt); his granddaughters, Samantha Beechler (AJ Beechler), Natalie Zumwalt and Emily Zumwalt; his great grandchild Ranger Beechler; his nephew Cory Harrison (Corie Harrison); Coen Harrison. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
