He is survived by: his wife Penny Smith Gentry; his mother Louise Rash Gentry; his son Mitchell Gentry; his siblings, Lois Moyer, Linda Dolar (Rick), Peggy Shaw (Gary), Carl (Shirlene Gentry), Leon Gentry and Scott (Kara Gentry); his grandsons, Ryan (Kristi Church) and Dalton (Gracie Church); his great grandchildren, Raelynn Church and Grayson Church; and his mother-in-law Nova Greene. He is also survived by several brother and sister in laws and many nieces and nephews.
