With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clifford Ray Waters of Boone, North Carolina, who passed away on July 30, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his father Henry Waters. He is survived by : his wife Joyce; his son Bryon; his siblings, Helen McGuire, Albert and Harold Waters; his children, Rusty Waters (Cathy) and Cindy Penick (Stewart); his grandchildren, Carrie Church (Eric), Andy Waters (Jessica), Dustin Presnell, Devin Presnell (Chelsea), Amber Newton (Jonathan), Marcus Penick (Stephanie), Caleb Waters, Bryna Sutter (Elliott), Elena Waters and Talia Rominger; and his sisters, Dot Edmisten and Grace Ward. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
