She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Cowan and Johnnie Mae Cowan; and her close friend Judy Warnock. She is survived by: her husband Elrod Keith Larned of Boone; her children, Christine Larned (Phillip Berry), Phillip Larned (Michelle) of Lowell, Massachusetts, Joseph Larned (Dana) of Boone and Stephen Larned (April) of Lenoir; her grandchildren, Eric, Emily Zimbelmann, Sarah, Sylas, Samantha Larned, Kyle Haddix, Haylei, Ava Larned, Selah, Mercy and Taliah Larned; her great grandchildren, Mia and Stella Taylor; and her sisters, Peggy Nemeth (Ken Gilham) of Cape Coral and Deborah Anderson (Alan) of Fort Myers.
