It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Venable Chilton (Boone, North Carolina), who passed away on March 25, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her father Maurice Venable; her husbands, Bennie O'Bryant and Jessie Chilton; and her siblings, Pauline Chrismon, Ethel McBryde and Lawrence Venable.
She is survived by : her children, Harold O'Bryant, Alan O'Bryant of Pegram, TN and Alicia McAlister; and her grandchildren, Calan, Ian O'Bryant of Pegram, TN, Devin McAlister of Indianapolis, IN, Erin Morrow of Holland, MI and Caite McGuire of Winston Salem, NC.. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
Due to pandemic concerns, no funeral service will be held at this time.
