She is survived by: her children, Mary Bowman (Ray) of Mebane, Deborah McDuffie (George) of Gibsonville, Boyden "Toby" Atwood, Jr. (Nina) of Waynesville, Stanley Atwood (Patty) of Apex and Stephen Atwood (Kaye) of Waynesville. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and thirteen greatgrandchildren.
