Frances Marie Phillips Ragan Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on March 30, 2022, at the age of 81, Frances Marie Phillips Ragan of Boone, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Hoy Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Ricky Ragan (Alice) of Boone, Pat Surbaugh (Kevin) of Baldwin, Kansas, Susan Carlton of Boone, Janet Ragan and Cynthia Ragan of Boone; and her brothers, Walter Phillips of Hudson, Jimmy Phillips of Lenoir and Lee Phillips (Joanne) of Hickory. She is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
