He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Franklin Brown and Elizabeth Faye Sheffield Brown. He is survived by: his son Jordan Brown of Boone; his grandchildren, Kinsley Brown of Boone and Mason Brown of Boone; his sister Kathy Hamby (Jimmy) of Deep Gap; his sibling's children, Victor Hamby of Deep Gap, Jimmy Hamby of Boone and Alisha Linamen of Boone; and his close friend Sandy Wilson.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rutherwood Baptist Church (142 Don Hayes Rd, Boone, NC 28607).
