He is survived by: his wife Wilma Weatherly Cook; his son Byron Cook (Claudia); his grandchildren, Adrienne Cook, Korbel Cook, Jordan Cook and Carson Cook; and his siblings, Henry Cook, Naomi Greene, Shirley Triplett and Janice Tester. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
