She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Perry Hayes; her son Dale Hayes; and her mother Laura Vines. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Hayes of Boone and Jimmy Hayes (Donna) of Boone; her grandsons, Lucas Hayes (Shelby) of Boone and Todd Hayes of Boone; and her great grandchildren, Cooper and Ryder Hayes. She is also survived by five brothers and sisters.
