With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harvard Glenn Ayers (Boone, North Carolina), who passed away on March 9, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Vernon Ayers and Flora Ayers; his wife Mackie; his children, Pam Reed (Mike) and Adam Ayers (Candace); his grandchildren, Margaret Reed, Bryan Reed, Frances Reed and Bailey Ayers; and his children, Memphis, Shriners, Hospitals and Rocky Rd.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that those who wish to, direct donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Denny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Shriners Children's Hospitals, 2900 N. Rocky Rd., Tampa FL 33607.
