He is survived by: his wife Sarah Kathleen Jones Forehand; his children, Hersey Cecil Forehand IV (Eric) and Kathleen Forehand Hall; his son-in-law Thomas Richard Hall; his grandson James Thomas Hall (Hoss) of Ester, AK.; his sister Penelope Jill Diegelmann; his brother-in-law Robert Diegelmann of Richmond, VA; Steven Dowlin Forehand of Alexandria, VA and William Stafford Forehand of Englewood, FL..
