He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Warden and Georgia Andrews Warden. He is survived by: his brother Bill Warden (Carol) of Blowing Rock, NC; his niece Emily Warden Crane (Dan) of Altus, OK; and his nephews, Lee and Hugh Warden (Laura) of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by 6 great nieces and nephews.
