It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Vannoy of Boone, North Carolina, who passed away on November 24, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Dewey Ray Isaacs and Louise Hardy; and her siblings, Robert Isaacs, Paul Isaacs and Bernice Isaacs Taylor.
She is survived by : her husband James Ernest Vannoy, Jr.; her children, Mike Vannoy (Sue) and Crystal Vannoy; her granddaughters, Viviane Vannoy of Boone and Anabelle Vannoy of Boone; and her sister Mae Isaacs Anderson (Gene) of Lenoir. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
